Worrier to Warrior
Tuesday, November 13 | 7:30pm
Wednesday, November 12 | 9:30am
What is the text of a Jewish telegram?
"Start worrying. Details to follow.”
It seems that worrying is a Jewish trait. This trait is the subject of many Jewish jokes. However, in real life, it is no joking matter. Worrying can be debilitating. It can sap all of our energy, preventing us from moving forward and achieving our goals. Myriads of self-help books have been written on the topic, with varying degrees of success. What does Judaism have to say about worrying and other negative emotions?   Worrier to Warrior   Is a fascinating blend of practical psychology and timeless Torah perspectives. Go online for more information or email Rabbi Groner or call 403-281-3770.
