Office Notes & Upcoming Events Box Tops: Please remember to clip or scan box tops as all the money raised goes directly back to our students, program and school! Admissions: We are accepting applications for new students. Re-enrollment forms for current students will be mailed today. If you know of families interested in the Day School, please have them contact the office @ 410-435-9510 or kpoe@redeemerbaltimore.org to set up a time to visit. We appreciate all you do to promote Redeemer Parish Day School! Boots for Baltimore: October marked the kick-off to our Boots for Baltimore drive. Please remember to help your child collect change to support our efforts to buy boots and socks for women and men in need in Baltimore. Every classroom has a collection canister, and our students love watching them fill! Halloween: We are all excited for our Halloween parade on Thursday, October 31! The parade begins promptly at 9:15 in the driveway after carpool. The students should come dressed in costume, and all parents should line the outside of the carpool lane, alongside the playground, on the inside of the carpool chains. Immediately following the parade, we will move to the steps in front of the church where the children will perform. The 2/2s, who are not in school on Thursday, are welcome to dress in costume and watch the Halloween festivities with their parents. Please look out for an email with more details related to our Halloween festivities. Thank You! We are grateful to our Fall Festival Co-chairs, Corleigh McDermond and Bridget Weininger, and their many volunteers for a fun-filled Saturday. There was lots of sunshine, and smiles were abundant! Program Highlights: From our amazing Fall Festival to field trips and in-house programs, Redeemer students are immersing themselves in autumn activities. Our students were treated to a visit by author, Rachel Kolar, who read excerpts from her book, "Mother Ghost, Nursery Rhymes for Little Monsters". PDS students also enjoyed lots of fun outside during gym classes with a visit from Little Lacrosse Academy . Our kindergarten and pre-first classes took bus trips to Rodger's Farm and to St. David's to celebrate Episcopal Schools Service with friends from other local preschools.
