Letter from the Director Dear Redeemer Community, After Thanksgiving we created a bulletin board titled, “What Brings YOU joy?” The Lunch Bunch crew has had fun polling students and teachers throughout the building. Office Notes & Upcoming Events Enrollment Contracts: Contracts for the 2020-2021 school year will be mailed in early January. If for any reason you do not receive a contract, please contact the school office. If you have any questions about the re-enrollment process, please contact Katie or Mary. PDS Christmas Service: We look forward to seeing our Parish Day School families on Friday, December 20th for our Christmas service. Our service will include all our students, even the children who do not attend school on a Friday. It will begin promptly at 10:00 am in the Church. The north lot across Melrose Avenue is available for parking, if necessary. Please be reminded that 2 Day 2s should arrive between 9:30-9:45. What's happening in the classrooms?

Mrs. Barta's Pre-first Pre-first is exploding with Christmas cheer! We have been quite busy gearing up for the holidays by writing our own books, practicing our letter writing skills to Santa, graphing holiday patterns, story-telling, learning about the symbols of Christmas and its' true meaning... Program Highlights: We have been very festive since our last newsletter! In November, we expressed our gratitude during our annual Thanksgiving feast, celebrated Charlie Brown style, and are proud of our efforts for Boots for Baltimore, raising enough money to buy 28 pairs of boots for those in need. Thank you to Katie Mychailyszyn and Chrissy Levering for their help with our drive. In December we gathered to read the, "Night Tree" by Eve Bunting. Afterwards we decorated our "Redeemer" tree with edible ornaments for the animals and had a playground party of hot cocoa and popcorn. We have also been celebrating Christmas and the joy that accompanies it. We are excited for you all to join us for our Christmas service and pageant tomorrow at 10:00 am.
