Crusader Pride Shines at the
2025 DiMaggio Memorial Classic!
| | |
Thank you to our incredible players, sponsors, volunteers, and staff who made this year’s DiMaggio Memorial Classic such a success! Your support for Tampa Catholic athletics means so much. It was a perfect day for golf, camaraderie, and Crusader spirit!
We’d like to extend a special thank-you to our Classic Co-Sponsors, Hepner Architects and Creative Contractors, for their outstanding generosity, as well as to TPC Tampa Bay for their continued partnership and support.
To view all of our generous event sponsors, please visit our website — and don’t miss the photo gallery from the event to relive the highlights!
A big thank-you also goes out to all the teams that sold Green & White Sponsorships. This year, we offered two sponsorship options—the traditional tee sign and the “All Sports Banner”—and proudly introduced the new “Legends Banner” to honor our most generous supporters. Together, the teams raised over $91,000!
Congratulations to our Top Selling Teams:
1st - Baseball
2nd - Golf
3rd - Volleyball
4th - Softball

This week we launched a new social media campaign, “Mission Moments,” highlighting the many ways our Tampa Catholic community is living out our mission each day. From students and teachers to coaches, alumni, and parents, we’ve seen inspiring examples of faith, service, and excellence in action—and now we’re inviting you to join in!
Each week, we’ll share a new Mission Moment on our social channels to celebrate the good news happening across our TC family. Use the form below to share your own story and help us continue spreading the spirit of Tampa Catholic.

The Church has a wonderful custom of setting aside November as a special time for prayerfully remembering our deceased loved ones. We believe it is especially appropriate to remember them during the Eucharist, which is a sign of Jesus’ death and resurrection.
We invite you to join us for this year's Alumni Memorial Mass that will be held on Monday, November 3 at 6:00pm, on campus in the Blessed Edmund Rice Chapel.
To view the names that will be added to the Tree of Life this year, please click HERE.
We look forward to celebrating the loved ones and esteemed members of the TC community who have touched the lives of so many.
Note: We know that this Mass is part of the fabric of our school, and not everyone is able to attend that evening. We will record Mass, and will upload it for viewing to our school's YouTube page a few days following the event.

| | The senior class will meet with Herff Jones next week to review graduation items. Caps and gowns are already included in senior fees, so you do not need to order them, but students will bring home a brochure for optional announcements and gear available at herffjones.com. The meeting is held during the school day and is for students only. | | | Please see the document below for the scheduled first-semester exam dates. Attendance at all semester exams is required, so we ask that you keep these dates in mind when making Christmas vacation plans. | |
Girls Golf Makes Tampa Catholic History
At Districts, our Girls Golf team played with heart, composure, and determination right up until the final putt dropped — and made Tampa Catholic history by advancing to Regionals for the first time ever!
It’s been an incredible season for both our boys and girls golf teams. The boys capped off their year with a 13–3–1 record, including three victories over Jesuit — a testament to the talent, teamwork, and Crusader spirit across the program.
As our girls continue on to Regionals, we wish them the best of luck — go Crusaders!

A gentle reminder that school begins at 8:10. Students arriving after 8:10 must report to the office. A tardy will be excused if the student provides a doctor's note on office stationery when the student reports to school.
Absences must be reported to receptionist@tampacatholic.org or (813) 870-0860 ext. 500, by 8:00 AM. Illness and family emergencies are the only reasons for excused absences under usual circumstances. A note from the parents explaining the absence must be presented the day the student returns to school. If the student has a note from the doctor to excuse the absence it should be provided the day the student returns to school.
