Program Ads:

We are looking for TC families and local Tampa companies to advertise in our Gala program by February 9th. Click HERE for more details.


Parent Service Hour opportunity:

We're looking for 1-2 parent volunteers to contact local businesses to place ads in our event program. This can be done in the evenings and the majority may be done via emails. If you are interested, please contact the Program Ads Chair, Renee Miller.


Donations:

Donations of items for the silent auction are welcomed! And can count towards your Parent Service Hours! Take a look at our NEW Wish List on Amazon. Be sure to complete the Auction Donation Form and submit with any items you donate.

IMPORTANT EXAM AND GRADUATION INFORMATIONS FOR SENIORS

Spring is almost here! And that means it's time to start thinking about Senior exams, graduation and other events. The first deadlines will be here before you know it, so please click here to download the Memorandum from Dean Claire Harpole. This document has all the important dates, deadlines and information for the remainder of the year.

RETREAT DONATIONS

We are two weeks away from the Junior Encounter on Friday, February 16! 


It is an exciting time for us to be able to minister to our children and provide a day focused on Faith, Excellence and Family. For this retreat to function, we need your assistance. 

 

We need your help with donations:

  • Chip variety boxes (50 bag) - we need 5 boxes total

 

Please deliver these to the school under the attn. of Mr. Ryan Mulligan before Feb 14th.

 

Retreat Information


  • Date: February 16
  • Location: St. Paul's Catholic Church in Carrollwood (12708 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33618)
  • Drop-off: 7:30-8:00 am, beginning of the retreat
  • Pickup: 3:00 pm, end of the retreat
  • Dress code: TC gym shorts or TC bottoms, spirit shirts and athletic sneakers
  • Lunch: pizza will be provided. If your child has food allergies, please have them bring their own lunch. There is a refrigerator to store lunches during the day. 

SUPPORT THE FRESHMEN CLASS BY SURPRISING YOUR VALENTINE WITH A CANDY GRAM!

The freshmen class will hold their candy gram fundraiser next week! Parents are able to purchase a candy gram for their student along with a Valentine note for $5 using this link; Please note, the form will open at 8:00 am on Monday morning, 2/5 and close at 3:00 pm on Friday afternoon, 2/9. 


Candy grams will be handed out on Valentine's Day. Support the freshmen class by surprising your student with a sweet treat!"

REMINDER: PREP YOUR STUDENT FOR

THE SAT/ACT IN 2024

In preparing for the ACT exam, the ACT Saturday Prep program will continue on Saturday, February 3rd, 2024. Students will practice ACT type questions, learn test taking skills and strategies, track their progress and experience full practice tests through this condensed six-week program. Limited spots are available to ensure quality of learning and practices. Secure yours now!

All volunteer positions are now posted in X2VOL. Secure your spot as a volunteer at one of our biggest social events of the season today! Contact Courtney Frisch to become involved with one of the committees.

Several home games have been posted and volunteers are needed to help support our athletes during our home games. Please review X2VOL for opportunities.


New Parent Committee -

Prom Decorations

A new committee is being formed at the request of our student government officers. They have a plan to decorate for prom and need some adults to help in person and with donating decorations. If you would like to join this committee please contact Crusader Parents Club Chair Cristina Delgado P '25.

Grants/Financial Aid


Grant/Aid

  • The FACTs grant/aid application for the 2024-25 school year is now OPEN.
  • Tampa Catholic tuition assistance awards must be reapplied for each year
  • The committee is currently reviewing applications on a rolling basis until the budgeted amount is depleted. 
  • Parish members may be considered for CSTAG (The Catholic Schools Tuition Assistance Grant) also from the FACTS application, NEW for the 2024-2025 School Year, there will be an “early” decision round. Early Decision notifications will be made by March 15, 2024. 
  • To qualify for this early decision for CSTAG, FACTS applications need to be submitted by February 1, 2024 in order for them to be reviewed by FACTS and an early decision to be made by March 15, 2024. 
  • Final cutoff for CSTAG is April 30, 2024.
  • Families will need to complete a renewal application for the 24/25 SY in order to remain on their State scholarship.The State of Florida has not released these details, please stay tuned.
