eVA's new platform has been live for almost two months, and in this time, users have been busy issuing solicitations, awarding contracts, and making purchases. Overall, the system launch was a success, and in the first month users processed over 21,000 purchase orders in the new eVA platform.

The DPS team continues to work diligently to quickly answer questions and resolve issues—most within 24 hours. Please remind your users that if they run into an issue to submit a buyer assistance form on the customer care website. These submissions help us track and resolve issues in a timely manner.

December's Buyer User Group Recap During the recent December Buyer User Group (BUG) meeting, the eVA team highlighted November's system enhancements and provided a demo of features and functionality related to some of the most frequently asked questions.
