eVA Update: How to Access Your eVA Orders

In eVA’s new platform, all suppliers access their orders directly from their eVA supplier account. When an order is placed, eVA sends an email notification to the self-registered supplier’s ordering address email and to the supplier contact if selected on the requisition by the buyer. Self-registered suppliers that are configured to receive orders into their system will continue to consume orders from Virginia by using automated cXML.

Additional information on your orders

Even though there’s a copy of the order attached to the email notification, you MUST log in to your eVA supplier account to access any attachments and obtain decrypted payment information (purchase card details).

No email notification is sent for confirming orders, but you can access them by changing the filtering to those orders within your account.

As part of the transition, your orders for the prior two years were converted to the new platform and are available for you to view and print directly from your eVA supplier account.

Important: eVA no longer leverages the Ariba Services Network to deliver orders for our suppliers.

Are you missing email notices from eVA?

Check your account. Order notifications are sent to the ordering address email. The supplier contact that the buyer selects on the order also will receive an email notification.

Check your SPAM. Email services can use a blocking and/or filtering system to help protect you from unsolicited emails or SPAM. Add noreply@cgieva.com to your address book, Outlook Safe Sender List, or to your "White List" so you don’t miss important emails from eVA.
