Habitat for Humanity: Help Build Hope
We are partnering with Habitat for Humanity to build a house for a family in need in Columbus. We will build the walls and deliver them to the final construction site on Saturday, September 22.

This is a HUGE project that will requires 150 volunteers to complete, but what an amazing impact it will make on our community! Below you will find the details for our Help Build Hope Saturday Build Day.
Build Team volunteers are NOT required to be expert builders. If you can swing a hammer, you can participate. Children are welcome! There are many jobs that they can help with.

Delivery Team volunteers will help load and transport the walls. Habitat will be providing the truck and driver.

For more info, or to register, please visit the Send Me website.
'Got Wells?' Water Walk
Our 'Got Wells?' project is a student-led event to raise money to build wells for WCC missionaries where there is no adequate drinking water.

This Sunday, September 16 at 4:00 PM, our Middle School students will be hiking six miles at Highbanks Metro Park carrying a gallon jug of water. (We will have signs posted to direct you to where we will meet.) The kids do this to represent the distance children in Myanmar have to walk each day to collect water for their families. Our goal is to raise $6,000 to build two wells. If you would like to contribute, you may do so through Realm.
NOTE: We will have a cookout immediately following the walk and all families are welcome to join us -- we just ask that you please bring a side dish to share!
Make an Impact -- Register for a Send Me Service Project
What is Send Me?
Send Me is a month-long, church-wide emphasis on how each of us can be the "hands and feet" of Christ. Through generous donations to various drives or volunteering to help with a service project, we can make an impact in our community.

Our Fall 2018 Send Me is September 21 to October 19.
