POST TIME FOR MURDER!

Mystery Dinner Theater to benefit Simon House - Friday, April 13, 2018, 6:00-9:00 p.m. in the Parish Hall, Church of the Ascension.

Kentucky Derby Winner & Preakness Winner, Big Black, is running the third leg of the Triple Crown at Belmont Park for the Belmont Stakes. There are those who will do anything to stop him from racing!

Tickets are $40 per person, available from John Martin or Jim King and at Simon House, 208 W. Campbell St., Frankfort - (502) 223-2138.
EASTER LILIES will be removed from the church to the hallway next week. After the 10:30 service on Sunday, 4/15, you are invited to claim the one(s) you donated (or more, as many are usually unclaimed). These potted lilies can be planted in your yard or garden after the blooms fade.
CONCERT & SQUARE DANCE , Saturday, April 28, 5:00-10:00 p.m. in Ascension’s parish hall, to benefit Cowan Creek Mountain Music School in Whitesburg, Ky. – being held in Frankfort for all those here who so love the school and the music. David Hurt and the Webb Twins invite you to this concert – featuring Karly Dawn and the Hill Folk, Cheyenne Mize, and Grace Ann Rogers – with a square dance to follow. Square dancing is friendship and fun set to music; a fun activity for the whole family. There are no age restrictions – if you can move and listen to the calls, you can dance. Donations are encouraged to help this school continue its local mountain heritage of rich traditional music. Dare to be square on “the best dance floor in Frankfort!”
