Financial Update, December:
  • 12/02/18: $4,490
  • 12/09/18: $1,676
ABOUT THE INCOME SPIKES: Income and expense numbers in the chart above do include ALL donations and pass-thru amounts, such as those designated for Capital Campaign, Music Fund, Reading Camp, Food Pantry, etc., which accounts for large spikes on the graphs. The income spike shown in August 2018 is due to a Line of Credit Loan for $20,000 which was incurred on 8/17/18 to carry us through the coming months. This precaution is mainly due to very high maintenance costs this year. Monthly expenses are recorded only at the end of each month, calculated as a weekly average. In November 2018, the mortgage loan was completely paid off and $10,000 was returned to the bank from the Line of Credit Loan.
As the end of the calendar year approaches, please be aware that all donations you wish to deduct for tax year 2018 MUST BE RECEIVED no later than Sunday, December 30, for deposit on December 31. You will receive an itemized statement January listing all of your 2018 giving. Thank you!
  • If you have not yet turned in your stewardship pledge form for 2019, please do so before December 31, as we are in the final stages of preparing the 2019 budget.

  • If you give by an automated bank donation (ACH), please be sure to re-confirm the amount of the withdrawal for 2019 with our office, and also submit a new pledge form. (You may set up a new automated donation at any time.)

  • As of December 31, all 2018 pledges will be reset to zero, including any unpaid remainders. The new 2019 pledges take effect on January 1. All “pledge payments” received on or after January 1 will count toward 2019, not 2018.

  • By January 31, 2019, you will receive an itemized statement listing all of your 2018 giving – including “donations in kind.”

If you have any questions about donations or pledges, please contact Mona Proctor in the parish office: call 502-223-0557 or email info@ascensionfrankfort.org .

Thank you for all the time, treasure and talent you donated in 2018!
