Colonial America Focus Group
Thursday October 22 from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM Zoom Meeting - Registration Required

This focus group brings together members of CRCGS to study Colonial America from the settlement of Jamestown to the Revolutionary War. This month we'll have fun sharing knowledge and stories about the witch burning trials in New England and early American burial grounds and graveyards. Jim will give a talk about disease and death in the colonial period.

Beginning Genealogy
Tuesday November 10 from 10:00 AM to Noon      A Members Only Offering
Zoom Meeting - Registration Required

This class will focus on how to start your genealogy journey the correct way and avoid some of the mistakes that many of us made when we began our research.  We'll define terms and best practices, the GPS or Genealogical Proof Standard, learn what records are available and how to find them. We'll look at how to organize our research and where to put all the data that we find.
