Genetic Genealogy Update  (Program)

This lecture reviews the latest developments in DNA testing for genealogy from the major testing companies, new tools offered by independent developers, and the latest science on using DNA test results to solve genealogical problems.


The latest developments in ancestry (ethnicity reports) are also covered, including report on trends in testing and database sizes, latest developments from the major testing companies--Ancestry, 23andMe, MyHeritage, and Family Tree DNA.


Also, latest developments in tools from independent sources (paid and free), latest developments in analysis techniques, new developments in all types of DNA (atDNA, mtDNA, YDNA) testing, and new reports or analysis for both matching and ethnicity.
