Pastor Trudy's Message
God is my Co-pilot! The more common bumper sticker I've seen is 'Dog is my co-pilot', which actually makes more sense. Dogs belong in the passenger seat with their head out the window. At the very least, God belongs in the drivers' seat...maybe God is the self in self-driving if we want to push the metaphor! Once we've figured out the proper place for God, then we can take a look at what that might mean for us.
God, our leader and guide, help us see that God is the one driving the car...and choosing the destination and providing the fuel for the journey. In Jesus' name, Amen.
