MSU College of Music and Community Music School is seeking to hire an administrative finance/HR coordinator. This is a Full Time (90-100%), Union, Remote-Friendly position. Position includes managing the accounting processes and preparing financial reports for the Community Music School (East Lansing and Detroit), which includes budget development and forecasting; monitoring, analyzing and reconciling accounting records for the director at each of the Community Music School’s programs and more. It's day 3 of the Summit, and we hope you will join us at the Lansing Public Media Center tonight from 5- 7 p.m. for "Cultivating Concerts and Community: The Ovation." Learn the most up-to-date information on The Ovation concert venue, and provide your input on how the space should be used.

Make your voice heard!
Residents, artists, representatives of arts organizations, stakeholders and more, this is your chance to shape The Ovation programming before shovels hit the dirt and construction begins! Discussion and surveying will be facilitated by Alexis Rosado and Dominic Cochran using the platform "Poll Everywhere." Free pizza will be included -- generously provided by Art’s Pub (vegan & vegetarian options available.) -- and sounds curated by DJ Y’z will set the vibe for the evening. Learn more.

Embracing Our Differences invites artists to participate in creating a society where diversity is embraced and individuality is celebrated. Submit your original art to their international outdoor juried art exhibit, held in Sarasota and Manatee County, Florida, featuring 50 billboard-size images reflecting the theme "enriching lives through diversity and inclusion." Free to enter. Deadline: October 5, 2022.

The Decatur Arts Alliance, with the City of Decatur, seeks artists for acquisition of existing work at the new Sam's Crossing retail/residential district in Decatur, Georgia. The Decatur Arts Alliance is seeking three different sculptures, each to be installed at one of three specific sites. Total compensation for each work is $30,000 - $50,000, depending on the site. Sculpture artists can submit completed or in-progress work. No entry fee. Deadline: October 16, 2022. 

Woman Made Gallery (WMG) in Chicago, Illinois seeks submissions for the "ROE 2.0- It Ain't Over Yet!" exhibition. This is a hybrid (in-person and virtual) group exhibition juried by WMG's Programming Committee. They encourage intersectional feminist approaches and lived experiences considering gender and sexuality, race, ethnicity, class, and/or disability, among other social locations. Deadline: November 26, 2022.
