This newsletter will be brief. We are trying out a new ratings and feedback system called rater8.

Your feedback can help us identify strengths and areas of improvement in our group, identify ways to improve the patient experience, and help us compare our patient satisfaction data against our peers nationwide.

There will be options to provide confidential comments to us and we promise to read all of them. Our goal is to be as close to a 5-star practice as possible, and to do this we need your feedback.

After your ob/gyn appointment with us, rater8 will send you a link with a request for a brief review. The link will be sent to either your mobile device (using the number we have on hand) or your e-mail address (if there is no mobile number provided). You can also unsubscribe at any time.
