April 2019
The highly anticipated Redlands Passenger Rail Project, which will bring state-of-the-art clean-air rail technology to one of the world’s busiest transportation corridors, took a major step forward this week with approval to award the construction contract to Flatiron West Inc.

The $154 million contract clears the way for construction to begin on the regional transportation project that is bringing the future Arrow service – a nine-mile rail connection between the University of Redlands and the San Bernardino Transit Center. Arrow will connect the east valley of San Bernardino County to a multi-modal transit hub that can provide access to all points west.

SBCTA, Caltrans, and the Cities of Adelanto and Victorville cordially invite you to a groundbreaking ceremony celebrating the first phase of the US Route 395 widening. This project will widen US 395 between SR-18 (Palmdale Road) and Chamberlaine Way from two lanes to four lanes.

We hope to see you there!
A new late night round-trip service will soon be available for San Bernardino Line riders beginning on Friday, April 12, allowing riders to take advantage of more activities in and around Los Angeles.
The SBCTA Board of Directors received a presentation from Lou Monville, Project Director, and Dr. Karthick Ramakrishnan, Director of the UCR Center for Social Innovation on the Inland Economic Growth Initiative (IEGO) at its April Board Meeting.
