Longmont Community Foundation provided 25 teachers in the Longmont Community a Rejuvenation Award for their dedication to the development of young minds amidst a challenging year. Each nominated winner was given $1,000 designated for personal use in hopes of creating some rejuvenation.
Of the 25 recipients, four of them are Wild Plum Center staff. We would like to recognize Alice Blazon, Candelaria Manzo, Cora Hernandez and Cynthia Enriquez for their commitment to Wild Plum Center and the families we serve.
As one of the winners above shared "I am very humbled as I know we have a lot of wonderful teachers in Longmont, but I am smiling like a school girl on the inside. I couldn't have done it without my great WPC team. Thank you."
We couldn't agree more! Congratulations to all of the 2021 Teacher Rejuvenation Award Recipients!
