The full range of expression is our birthright. No way of being is off bounds to us because of our bodily shape. Man, woman, femme, genderqueer, trans*, non-binary-the full range of human possibility is ours to explore and express. An infinite palette.
Attendees of this movement retreat will explore those possibilities with the map of the 5Rhythms® as our guide: the expressions we've learned to contain ourselves within, the expressions we've learned to avoid, the expressions we have fought hard to claim for ourselves. Inviting our bodies to tell the stories of our gendered becoming. And together we will begin to map the territory of expansion, the possibilities of infinite variation each of us is.
