Hands on Kirkwood
Saturday, Oct. 3
Hands on Kirkwood is a one-day mission blitz of our local community. It is a special day when every member of our community is encouraged and empowered to go serve. Hands on Kirkwood gives us that opportunity. It is a simple way – just sign-up to serve neighbors in need.

Our youth group families plan to drop yellow bags on Kirkwood doors the last part of September for a food and personal care items drive. Volunteers are also needed to help pick up on Saturday, October 3. You can also drop your donation off at Kirkwood Baptist Church in the yellow containers October 1-3. Click below to sign up on line to help. Numerous opportunities are available.

Don’t want to get out, but still want to help others? Visit www.HandsOnKirkwood.org and get something for others in need from our Amazon store.

Pastoral Care is available. Fr. Todd is the only person making face-to-face pastoral calls for those in need. As always, in cases of severe illness, hospitalization, when a person is near death, or at the death of a member of Grace, please notify Fr. Todd or the parish office as soon as possible in order to secure the ministrations of the church.

For a pastoral need you may call/text Fr. Todd at 314-365-1964. He will also continue to be available for individual and family face-to-face pastoral/spiritual care, both in his office or in your home. Please contact him for an appointment.

Sunday, September 27: Seventeenth Sunday After Pentecost

O God, you declare your almighty power chiefly in showing mercy and pity: Grant us the fullness of your grace, that we, running to obtain your promises, may become partakers of your heavenly treasure; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
