As per new legislation, RECO requires that agents disclose the services they will be offering the Buyers in writing. They must also disclose up front in writing any applicable rebates or incentives.
Attached iPro has prepared a draft Schedule A with the types of services that agents may typically offer our Buyers.
This schedule is in Microsoft Word format AND MUST BE EDITED to reflect the service YOU provide before being signed by the Buyer.
