Greetings!
In today's
session,
Dr. Dee Stephenson presents a case that may seem all too familiar: a case that kept her up at night while she searched for the answer to a patient’s post-op mystery. What helped her unravel the unknown? The iTrace of course! Find out how she helped this retired engineer improve his post-op result.
THINGS TO LOOK FOR IN THIS TEACHING:
Dr. Stephenson mentions that she actually was going to give up on the iTrace, since it took her some time to learn how to use the data, but now it is a go to machine for her practice. This is a very typical response since the data you get from the iTrace is not always something people intuitively know how to use. Have you given the time to get your iTrace integrated into your patient workups for LASIK or Cataract?
THINGS TO CONSIDER WHILE YOU ARE WATCHING:
Are you willing to devote the time it takes to make the iTrace successful in your practice? You must be if you are watching these lessons! Those doctors that do, tell us that it is now indispensable and they don’t want to do surgery without it. Many practices have mastered the iTrace and then bought more systems for all of their offices. Do you have satellite offices that could use this technology?
THINGS TO CONSIDER STUDYING IN YOUR PRACTICE:
The DLI and the Opacity grade before and after YAG capsulotomy.
