To continue participating in the my Drive program, customers who enrolled prior to April 10, 2022 will need to upgrade to the enhanced program by accepting the Terms of Use in the app when available to them. 

Anytime between their midterm date and one week

before their renewal effective date, they can:

Go to the portal and access a new eLearning to learn: 

• Why your customers should upgrade

• How easy it is for customers to upgrade in the app

• What you can do to help customers continue to save

• Important dates and timelines
