New online services now available!

The City of Rocky Mount is pleased to announce that new online and electronic payment services are now available to customers of Rocky Mount Public Utilities.  The following features are now available: 

• view your billing and payment history;
• view your bill - before it arrives in the mail;
• pay your bill online with a credit or debit card;
• track your household's monthly usage of electricity, gas, and water; and
• compare your household's monthly usage to other households on your street or general area; 

You can now register for an online account and use the online services

from the City's website. You only need a recent billing statement to get started!

Two user guides are available online as well; the first guide will help you register for an online account and the second guide will help you become familiar with the online services. 

The new system has already been well received by our customers.  We received this email from a customer earlier today: "The new online utility site is great, easy to use and understand through the account sign up process!  Well done!  Thank you!" 

In addition to the new online services, the City now accepts electronic payments (credit and debit card) in the Customer Service office at City Hall and by phone.  To make a payment by phone, call this toll free number: 866-288-7608.
