Like most everyone I know, I get a whole lot of email. Every day, at all hours, there are messages streaming into my inbox. Subjects are usually some combination of the necessary and less-than-necessary business of yoga, but every once in a while, something special comes through.   • Amanda May is back and offering a 4-week Kundalini Yoga Series open to all levels starting September 21. Kundalini Yoga is a powerful methodology designed to relieve stress, strengthen the body and calm the mind.  
  • Yoga For Anxiety Relief  Jen Davis and Barbara Vosk, PhD return to teach students techniques to effectively
    manage anxiety. Learn how a yoga practice can help you navigate even the most stressful times.
  • Join Jill Sockman in November for Weekend of Silent Reflection. Offered only biannually, this workshop explores the inner landscape through meditation, pranayama, restorative and yoga nidra, and is a great opportunity to truly deepen your practice.  
  • Wondering about the other practices of yoga such as mantra, chanting and pranayama? Learn more with Glenda and Rayneen in their 101 Series on Tuesdays, October 23 through November 20.

No matter your age, the back-to-school season can spark a thirst for knowledge. What better to quench that thirst than a great book? Celebrate the changing season by selecting a new book from the blue boutique to support your growth this fall.

Here are some of the blue community's favorites:

  • In Outrageous Openness: Letting the Divine Take the Lead, Tosha Silver encourages readers to let go of worry and fear and let the Divine be the guide on the journey through life.  
  • Meditations, visualizations and other exercises designed to help readers radiate positivity and shield themselves from destructive thoughts are found in How to Heal Toxic Thoughts by Sandra Ingerman.
