Prayer: Practicing the Presence of God!

Hello Dear Friends!

When you think about prayer, what comes to your mind? Most of us would describe aspects of prayer as praise, petition, intercession, warfare, confession and repentance. These are all accurate descriptions of what should take place when we pray. But I’m coming to understand that prayer at its basic level is simply and purely spending time in the presence of the Lord.

Psalm 16:11 says, “You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.” (NKJV)

Interceding at the International Religious Freedom (IRF) Summit

Three members of the Men for Nations board served as intercessors for the International Religious Freedom Summit February 4^th and 5^th in Washington DC.

Ambassador Sam Brownback & Dr. Katrina Lantos Swett, Co-Chairs for IRF Summit 2025, stated that the Summit was their most impactful gathering yet. They said,

“This Summit wasn’t just an event—it was a launching point for new collaborations, bold initiatives, and fresh ideas that will drive the international religious freedom movement forward."

They went on to say that, “It also served as a powerful reminder that our collective efforts are gaining momentum, not only in Washington, D.C., but around the world."

Ukraine Establishes an Annual National Day of Prayer!

KYIV, Ukraine (February 12, 2025) – In a historic move, the Ukrainian Council today approved Resolution No. 12412 establishing a National Day of Prayer in Ukraine.

This landmark decision makes Ukraine the second nation in the world to establish God and national prayer into its public law.

The newly designated day will be celebrated annually on February 24, with Ukraine’s Parliament commencing its session on that day by performing the spiritual anthem,

“God the Great, the One.”

- BOOT CAMPS 2025 -

As we prepare to launch new Prayer Groups and Chapters throughout the nation (even into the nations) we wanted to introduce or reintroduce our Prayer Boots Camps. Men for Nations comes along side of your group, church, ministry, etc. and helps to launch your own prayer and intercession movement with the men, gathered together (lifting holy hands), interceding before the throne of God! Here is a recent article giving testimony of a Boot Camp we did in Aug 2024 - testifying of the great things the Lord began in Topeka, KS!

Our Thursday Morning Zoom Prayer Meetings

Our very close friend, Dai Sup Han, a long time prayer warrior, intercessor, minister and man of God is running our weekly Zoom prayer meeting.

Come and fellowship with us online in prayer and receive inspiration and prayer points for the week ahead! Mr. Han does an absolutely wonderful job leading the men into the presence of God, interceding before His throne. You will be blessed, men!

We are preparing our organization to launch dozens of "Special Ops" Prayer Groups throughout 2025 and we are looking for team captains and the true servants of God.
