We are gearing up for the SPRING re:form(ation) CHALLENGE and getting excited about all of the fun that lies ahead. If you haven't already signed up for the challenge, take a moment to read through some of the clarifying questions below to make sure that you don't miss out. We want to make sure that each and every one of you has the opportunity to benefit from the challenge in some way, shape, or form. We realize that your goals, reasons for training at re:form, and ability might very well be different from your fellow re:form(ers). So with that said, this challenge is all about you. You have the freedom to participate in every event and part of the challenge or simply simply partake in what makes sense for you.
What if I can't make it to the Open House/Kick-off party? Well... your going to miss out, but it's okay. Your going to miss out on amazing discounts from some of our vendors, You're going to miss out on a chance to bring your friends and enjoy a workout, wine, snacks, and good people What if I'm not trying to lose weight? It's not about losing weight. It's about challenging yourself to do or accomplish something beyond your comfort zone or normal routine and just maybe :) seeing some positive changes, or a greater understanding as a result. With that said however, the winner(s) of the final weigh-in will be determined by the greatest percentage of weight lost as well as the greatest change in body fat%. What if I'm not a runner? No problem. You don't have to be a runner. There are lot's of other opportunities to challenge you that don't have to do with running.
What if I don't want my measurements done? Don't worry about it. Just because you don't want to get your measurements done doesn't mean that you can't challenge yourself. How do I sign up for the challenge? Simply email us back to let us know your up for the challenge or sign up at the front desk. How do I get access to the $10 promo sessions? sign up for the challenge by this Wednesday. We will send out a special email on Wednesday with a promo code to only those signed up for the challenge! How do I get the discount for the Encinitas 5K? We have a special promo code that we will be emailing out on Wednesday to those signed up for the challenge. How do I schedule my initial weigh-in? All measurements must be done by this Friday. Simply email us and let us know when you are available to come in and we'll set aside time for you. When will the extra workouts and 5k training's be scheduled? Once we have a final count on Wednesday we will post the challenge training schedule by Friday. Who can join the challenge? Anyone!!! Who can join the 5K training runs? Anyone!!! The more the merrier.
