Dear Friend
Happy New Year! As 2021 begins I want to take a moment to reflect on the past year and express my gratitude for my clients. Although some struggled with the challenges we all faced in 2020, it has also been a great opportunity to see how resilient we can be. The routines we may have been accustomed to, although comforting, can cause complacency. We grow and advance on a Soul level by way of the things and people who challenge us.
Rather than feeling victimized by what we faced last year, consider reflecting on what you learned about yourself and humankind.
It was a mixed bag wasn't it? The challenges brought out the worst in some; anger, fear, depression, aggressiveness etc. and the best in others. I noticed some people taking the opportunity to slow down, becoming more kind, appreciative and patient with everyone around them.
I slowed myself down last year and got more deeply in touch with my own natural rhythm. I love how I feel and plan to continue on this path because it benefits myself and everyone around me.
By consciously slowing down, becoming more kind and patient with each other, being less reactive and more gentle we become better human beings. As a result, we have more to give, we deepen our appreciation for each other and our pets who come here to help us.
As we heal our wounds and become healthier, we increase our capacity to feel the higher vibrations of Joy, Peace, and Love.
