RACE RESULTS:
They can be found HERE on our website. Click on the "Leader Board & Statistics" and then "Sprint" or "mini-sprint". Sprint is listed by time. Mini-Sprint is in alphabetical order. We had over 160 people registered for the mini-sprint distance alone which way far exceeded our previous high of 97 (not including 2024 when everyone was categorized as mini-sprint).
Maybe our "U.S. mini-Nationals" thing is catching on?
RACE DAY PHOTOS:
Go to our Facebook page and click on the "2025 HoRT" album for easier viewing. Over 1000 photos already with more to come. We had 3 different photographers out there who are working quickly to get more uploaded. Check back throughout the week to see if more were added and/or "like" our page.
YOUR LOCAL IMPACT:
We made donations of over $10,000 to the youth groups that volunteered for our event as well as to the Hopkins/Minnetonka Rec. Dept. Scholarship Fund, pushing us over $100,000 total since inception in 2014. Our root beer was from LTD (Hopkins), olive oil and balsamic vinegar from Olive on Tap (Minnetonka), finisher medals from IMS (Shakopee), and wine from Trader Joe's (St. Louis Park). Our sponsors, TC Running (Eden Prairie) and Tonka Cycle (Hopkins) really appreciated our foot traffic and sales on early packet pick up nights. Our beverage cups, spoons, paper cones were compostable/bio-degradable, and our prizes (wine bottles, olive oil bottles, root beer cans, and finisher medals) are recyclable and consumable and/or functional. Our tank tops, from Innovative Graphics (St. Louis Park) were optional and as one participant commented, "Freakin' awesome!" Although maybe not everyone cares about things like this, for those that do (like our planning team), it means a lot.
