Greetings!

Greetings Nevada County,

As we welcome March, we are springing with gratitude. Thank YOU—our volunteers, partners, and community members who continue to show up with generosity and care. Your support is what allows this work to continue blossoming in meaningful ways throughout our community.

The days are growing longer, and with them comes a renewed sense of energy in our community. It’s starting to look like spring in the Foothills, with early blooms, fresh blossoms, and hints of color returning to the landscape.

This month we are celebrating National Social Work Month as well as Doctors' Day. With these, we get to highlight the fantastic work our team provides this and every month.

We are also excited to be presenting at the Decisions in Dying workshop on the 14th at Peace Lutheran Church as well as at A Day for Women on March 21st at Sierra College. We look forward to joining these community partners in continuing to bloom with shared learning and ideas.

While the work we do is sometimes difficult, the moments of connection remind us that we are not alone in it. Each conversation, shared story, and act of kindness helps create a growing garden of support around those who need it most.
