This year we are hosted by Happy Valley Adventure Bureau at the Nittany Sports Centre in beautiful State College on Tuesday, March 26, 2024. 

We also have educational opportunities and a network reception scheduled for the day before. While we are together, we will learn who the Driver and Employee of Distinction Award winners are! We love our community.

Read the Guidelines. Exhibitors are encouraged to review this document to understand deadlines, cancellation policy, what you can and cannot have in a booth, hotel information, the schedule, etc.

A Word About Door Prizes...

PBA will award Exhibitor door prizes just prior to tear-down. Who will be the lucky winner of one of the four prizes below?

• 1-year PBA membership.

• 2024 PBA Annual Conference registration.

• 2025 PBA Marketplace booth.

• 2025 PBA Marketplace Directory Full-page color ad.

If you are bringing a door prize for operators/tour planners, there is a section on the registration form to indicate that you will bring one.

Important Dates:

• January 31, 2024 - Last day for Operators to schedule a FAM Tour.
• February 9, 2024 - Last day to purchase a Sponsorship.
• February 16, 2024 - Registration ends and Sponsorship ad/artwork is due (for guaranteed placement on floor and the Marketplace Directory).
• March 1, 2024 Hotel Room reservation deadline.

We are offering a full-day of professional development on Monday, March 25, 2024, the day before Marketplace. This is to help newer folks in the industry. Cost is $75/pp.

The Best Practices Roundtable Discussion for experienced marketplace attendees is complimentary.

These sessions are reserved for organizations registered for Tuesday's Marketplace only.

There will be plenty of time to setup and hotel check-in afterwards, so we encourage you to register.

A Sponsorship is a great way to promote your organization! There are still some sponsorships available, plus advertising available in the Marketplace Directory.

Consider a color quarter-page, half-page, full-page ad, a 2-page profile sheet for the directory, or a Video Marketing Sponsorship to be shown to group leaders on their way to Marketplace. All are very reasonably priced.
