Black history is woven into the fabric of our Bayview Hunters Point neighborhood—from the resilience of shipyard workers who helped shape San Francisco’s economy, to the cultural legacy of artists, activists, and community leaders who have fought for justice, opportunity, and equity. For two decades, we’ve been proud to serve our community, working toward a future where youth and families have access to the resources they need to succeed—on their own terms.

Join us as we honor the past and invest in the next generation of leaders, creators, and changemakers. Because when young people rise, our whole community shines.

Condom Week Kick-Off at LoveFest

This month, we showed up for LoveFest across San Francisco, celebrating community, health, and empowerment. As the event kicked off on the first day of Condom Week, we were on the ground promoting safe practices, sharing resources, and engaging with youth in a fun and meaningful way.

February 14–21 was National Condom Week, and 3rd Street is continuing the momentum by assembling condom packets and delivering them to schools and organizations upon request. Our goal is to ensure youth have access to the resources they need to make informed, safe choices.
