Thursday, October 15
Pre-event set-up in the Evening:
PFA will have early access to the Lodge and set up the banquet room for our event; YOU can help us decorate tables and organize prize baskets.
* Exact times are still to be determined, but all set-up will occur between 3pm to 9pm; volunteers are not required to participate for the entire duration.
Meals & refreshments will be provided!
Friday, October 16
Doors open at 5pm; the prize drawing begins at 7pm and will conclude around 10:30pm. Volunteers can help with the following tasks:
5pm to 7pm:
Sell raffle tickets in the front lobby to attendees as they arrive.
7pm to 10:30pm:
Serve as a "runner" & hand out gift baskets to contest winners
7pm to 10:30pm:
Sell additional raffle tickets around the banquet room and at the tables in the front lobby.
10:30pm to 11pm:
Post-event clean-up, with the assistance of Elks Lodge staff!
Meals & refreshments will be provided again!
The Lodge kitchen will also be open and serving pub food.
Volunteers are also welcome to participate in raffle games and play to win prizes!
