As we gear up for the upcoming contract negotiations, your Bargaining Team is hitting the road for a state-wide tour to connect with you directly! We’re excited to announce that our first stop will be in the Fresno area on February 19th and 20th. After that, we’ll visit Sacramento, Los Angeles, Bakersfield, and San Diego. These visits are a key part of our campaign to ensure your voice is heard loud and clear in shaping our next union contract.
What's Happening?
Our goal is to engage with you. Each stop on our tour will include work site visits where we can meet face-to-face, discuss your current work conditions, and gather your invaluable input on what you desire in your next contract. Understanding your needs will empower us to negotiate the best possible terms.
Additionally, we will host a dinner in each city, providing a relaxed setting for more personal conversations and to strengthen our union community.

Not in one of the cities we're visiting? No worries! Our dedicated Occupational Chairs are developing plans to engage with members, ensuring that all voices are included. Keep an eye out for upcoming meetings and discussions organized by your Occupational Chair.
