Overview:

In October 2025, King Technology, Inc. (“King”) announced its acquisition of Unique Solutions of North Dakota LLC, manufacturer of Ahh-Some Watercare and its affiliated Hot Tub Serum and ScumRay brands (“Ahh-Some”). King is a leading innovator in residential hot tub water care products, while Ahh-Some is an industry-leading manufacturer of cleanser products that purge the inside plumbing of jetted tubs, hot tubs, swim spas, pools, and household appliances. The acquisition of Ahh-Some expands King’s hot tub water care product portfolio.
