Tribal Planning & Development Welcomes Serene Mulhern

The team at Lac du Flambeau Tribal Planning and Development would like all of you to help us welcome Serene Mulhern to our team as our new transportation Planner/GIS Mapping Specialist.


Serene attended Haskell Indian Nations University and the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas, where she secured a degree in Environmental Science specializing in Data Collection and Geographical Information Systems.


She is currently assisting the Planning Team with projects and collaborating with other Tribal GIS entities. She will be enrolled with the BIA’s GIS Programming and working with them to upgrade our GIS software and information. She will then be assisting with Tribal Roads, Land Management, Water and Sewer and other Tribal Programs to ensure the positive development of Tribal Lands.


Serene recently moved back to Lac du Flambeau and is a Lac du Flambeau Tribal Member. Watch and welcome Serene as she begins to explore our Tribal Programs and Lands. WELCOME SERENE!
