As we get closer to the 2025 AACFB Commercial Financing Expo in Austin (September 10–12), we want to make sure your stay is set and at a great price, but time is running out to get the AACFB group rate!
After August 18, the rate may go as high as $429, or the hotel may be sold out! The hotel website is currently showing no availability outside our block on September 10th and 11th, so if you don't book in the AACFB block now, you may not be able to get a room for the week at the event hotel.

To avoid missing the discounted rates, or availability altogether, please book your room as soon as possible. Once the cut‑off date passes, rooms will only be available at best‑available rates, and the group block will not be available.
