Clearing the Clouds Qigong Days

&
A Winter (re)Treat

Greetings!

Stress can cloud our perceptions. But what if you could clear the clouds and gain deep clarity? And what if, through this newfound clarity, you could open yourself to a limitless potential? On Saturdays 18th October and 29th November you can practice and learn the gentle yet powerful Qigong form: Clearing the Clouds.

The inner aspect of this practice creates a space for our courage to flourish whilst remaining grounded, steady and kind-hearted. The postures of Clearing The Clouds emerge from those of Blue Dragon Qigong. But there is no need to have learnt Blue Dragon to be able to join these two practice days in October and November. All are welcome.

A Winter (re)Treat.

Treat yourself next February to a five day Qigong & Meditation Winter Retreat in the enchanting tranquility of Trigonos set in the mountainous landscape of Snowdonia. Find inspiration in its serene surroundings and luxuriate in its comfortable mainly en suite accommodation. The kitchen at Trigonos serves a delicious biodynamic, organic vegetarian menu, all ingredients are sourced locally wherever possible. And our daily practice will be in the beautiful under-floor heated Modron hall with its spectacular views of the surrounding mountains.

February is a powerful time for deep reflection and moving forward with renewed wisdom, and the perfect time to focus on boosting our health whilst cultivating inner strength through Qigong & Meditation. This is when the days are visibly lengthening and nature sends its roots down into the nourishing earth preparing for the burst of spring growth that heralds the season’s change.

You can reserve your place now on the Qigong & Meditation Winter Retreat through Trigonos

Mindfulness & Movement Teacher Training

Watch The Start of the Course here.

There is still time to join this training for the second teaching session on Saturday 11th October

This year-long, in depth training course started on Saturday 27th September. Watch the first 50 minutes here. This is the final opportunity to participate on the course by registering on it in time for the next teaching session on Saturday 11th October.

You can also watch the 1.5 hours recording of the 16th August Introduction to the course. This can be sent to you and has details of the programme with responses to participants questions. Contact Sue to be sent this recording.

The programme is spread spaciously over a year to allow time for the practices to be embodied and understood whilst developing confident teaching skills.

It is also for those who wish to deepen their insight (but maybe not to teach) into these arts that have their foundation in centuries of practice and wisdom.

The syllabus provides a body of knowledge in the subtle arts of relaxation, movement and mindfulness. These three streams of awareness are interdependent and integral to the understanding of these ancient arts.
