Assisted Housing Manager (AHM) Certification, Online Workshop │ October 5, 2026 to October 9, 2026

The Assisted Multifamily Housing Manager (AHM) certification is an intensive, practice-focused training that walks participants through the full lifecycle of HUD-assisted Multifamily operations.

The program connects HOTMA implementation, TRACS modernization, and HUD’s evolving risk based MOR approach to the day to day decisions made by owners, agents, and site staff. Participants learn how to interpret and apply HUD’s regulatory hierarchy so they can confidently resolve conflicts between handbooks, notices, contracts, and local requirements.

HOTMA for HUD-assisted Multifamily Properties, Online Workshop │ October 20-21, 2026

This seminar provides an in-depth exploration of the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act (HOTMA) requirements as they apply to HUD-assisted multifamily housing programs.

HOTMA for Tax Credit Properties, Online Workshop │ October 22-23, 2026

This seminar provides an in-depth review of the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act (HOTMA) as applied to Housing Tax Credit or Low Income Housing Tax Credit (HTC or LIHTC) properties, with a special focus on policies, forms, and implementation expectations established by Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA). Emphasis is placed on practical decision-making at move-in, annuals, interims, and when correcting noncompliance, so that onsite and compliance staff can confidently manage files under HOTMA.
