Ratified in 1920, the Nineteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution gave women the right to vote. We celebrate this anniversary with the theme "Valiant Women of the Vote" for Women's History Month in March, 2020.
As we honor the legends of women and men who supported this amendment, what do we imagine now for the future of our next 100 years?
As a fun exercise of creativity, write your legend. How do you want to be remembered in five, twenty, or fifty years? Open your mind to any possibility. Do you own a remote island full of exotic animals? Do you find the cure for cancer? Do you rear a large family and become a leader in your community? Do you discover a magnetic car engine?
Being starts with the spark of imagination.
Write your history.
