No Access? Forgot your access at home?
-
Management, the pool monitor, and vendors will not allow you into the amenities. You must have your own access. This is for the safety of all.
- Likewise, residents should not allow access to anyone other than their guests. Should you do this, you become responsible for any violations caused by those you allowed in.
Amenity Waiver
- Access is not transferrable. Sending your link to someone else can disable your access. The system does not recognize this feature.
- Each resident is required to complete the waiver stating they understand the rules of the community. This includes those over 14.
- Minor doesn't have an ID? Submit a selfie. Ages 14-17 may not have guests. All guests must be accompanied by a resident 18+ years of age.
Amenity Access
-
If you’ve never had access, changed phones, or are having issues, submit a request HERE.
- Access is processed at least once daily. Watch for an email from ProDataKey within 1 business day. Links expire in 72 hours.
-
Requests will not be processed without all required information—please review the form carefully.
Tenants
- Access is tied to your active lease and will expire when your lease ends.
- If you’ve renewed, submit your updated terms page so access is not distrupted.
- Month-to-month leases are not permitted, this includes renewals.
Minors
-
Ages under 14 must be accompanied by a resident 18+ at all times. This is a state regulation §265.201 and a pool rule.
- Ages 14–17 may not have guests at the pool (including younger siblings) and must use their own access. No drop-offs allowed.
-
See Pool Rules.
Account Status
- Assessments are due Jan 1, Apr 1, Jul 1, and Oct 1. There is no grace period for the Master Assessment.
-
To avoid access interruptions, please enroll in auto-pay. See our Assessment Policy 5-J for additional details regarding amenities.
- Access is removed after 45 days in the arrears. Contact the office when your account has returned to good standing for access to be restored.
Emergency Line (after-hours)
- For immediate threats to property only (e.g., irrigation leaks, fire, active police activity) call 800.274.3165
- For emergencies requiring first responders, call 911 first.
Amenity Access Issues
- Test your access before your visit so issues can be resolved during business hours.
-
Email the office with details for assistance.

Wasp Season
Check under tables, benches, play equipment. They seem to be building lower to the ground this year.
Please report any active nests to the office. Wasps will not be treated during the week for the next month. The company will need to be called to assist.
Pest control is monthly. Please email pictures with a location.

Landscaping Tips & Tricks
We understand the wet weather has made mowing difficult. However, that has not been the issue with any yard. The issue is weeds. Do not just mow the weeds. Treat or pull them. Ridding your yard of weeds makes yard maintenance significantly easier and cheaper to manage.
| | |
Shrubs - Landscaping is required to stay in a neat and maintained manner. Please make sure your shrubs are properly trimmed.
Trees - Trees need to have suckers removed ASAP. Trees need to be pruned up to a minimum of 8' feet. If the tree is over a sidewalk, it must be trimmed up to 14' feet. Please seal the cuts appropriately. We recommend contacting an arborist for this service.
Fence Stain - Approved color is Wood Defender, Color: 200 Series, Semi-Transparent Sierra.
Dead Trees - Must be replaced with the same species, unless otherwise approved.
Trash/Recycling Bins - Store them out of view when it is not trash day. If you have an alley, you may store them on the driveway near the garage door.

The Board is aware of the trail extension flooding. They are in contact with the engineers to resolve the issue. Please avoid using the trail if it is covered in flood waters.
