Congratulations to all of the teams involved in the 2023 Pre-Majors World Series. Michael Streams, Pre-Majors Deputy Commissioner, served as the Tournament Director for the Pre-Majors World Series. He was ably assisted by the Louisiana Dixie Majors leadership and an excellent umpire crew headed by Carlese Armstrong, Louisiana State Umpire & Chief. Our Opening Ceremony, coordinated by the staff of Discover Monroe – West Monroe, recognized the participating teams and added much fanfare to the event. The Sterlington Sports Complex was the tournament host site and everyone enjoyed the great experience afforded at this premier baseball venue. Working with Kerry Elee at the SSC is always a real pleasure. Discover Monroe- West Monroe CVB is an outstanding organization and we were honored to once again partner with their staff. The hospitality was exceptional. Scott Bruscato, Sr. Vice President of Discover Monroe – West Monroe, the local tournament host, is truly outstanding in all he does in conducting our annual World Series events. A special thank you to our hosts, tournament directors, umpire crew, LSPN, and all related staff that supported the 2023 Pre-Majors World Series event.”
