Dear Parents and Guardians,
What better way to start off the new year than with a great tool that will help you guide your child toward attaining greater resiliency? Join our school counselor, Allison Bayles, to discuss the book, How to Help Your Child Clean Up Their Mental Mess by Dr. Caroline Leaf.
Change in this life is inevitable, but we can equip ourselves, and our children, to face challenges with a healthy mindset. We will discuss the book and share personal successes and challenges with the hope that we might be an encouragement to one another as we strive to raise virtuous children that are prepared to face the world.
