Hi Friends!

In the words of Oprah Winfrey (kind of), "You get a corner! You get a corner! You get a corner! Everyone gets a corner!"

Welcome to our new email layout, where everyone has a "corner" for their specific group! Parents, middle schoolers, and high schoolers will be able to go to their corner to find all of the upcoming events and new information for an easier and more efficient way to navigate our weekly email.

I want to make sure everyone takes a look at our entire email this week, as there is a lot of new information, requests, and TRIPS! You will see the registration for our new High School Mission Trip (woohoo!) and in the coming week you will find the rest of our summer adventures listed.

If you have any questions about anything listed, please don't hesitate to reach out. I am so excited for what is to come in The Attic this year and beyond!

See you on Sunday!

Peace,

Hope

THIS SUNDAY

Feb. 12th and March 12th

Room 307

Mark your calendars for these two classes. If you haven't come to this class before, please join us now. The most important part of the class is the sharing we do with each other. We are all on this faith journey together. We want to be intentional about sharing our faith with our children. And we have a lot of learned wisdom in the room to help each other and come beside each other with support and empathy and ideas.

Won't you join us and get to know the other All Saints' parents, grandparents and folks interested in living out their baptismal covenant

High School SNL Leaders Wanted!

Do you enjoy spending time with high schoolers and building relationships with them as they grow in their faith? Then we want you to join us on Sunday nights! We are so excited to begin having high school only time during SNL (see details below in the "High School Corner" section) so if you are interested in this role. please contact Hope!

New Beginnings is a spiritual formation retreat designed for middle school students. Every Fall and Spring, between 60-100 students and adults come together for a weekend of camp activities, small groups, skits, music, and plenty of fellowship.

This retreat is led by our New Beginnings Team, a group of high school students, chaperones, and parish and diocesan staff who plan the program and host our middle schoolers.

To register for New Beginnings, follow the link below or reach out to Hope for more questions.

HIGH SCHOOL CORNER

High School Mission Trip 2023

June 4-9

We are so excited to introduce our first High School Mission Trip this summer! We will be heading to Asheville, NC where we will work alongside Asheville Youth Mission Co. and dive into our theme "let me be as Christ to you" based on The Servant Song. This week will be full of service, building relationship, and fun!

The trip is described by Youth Mission Co. as:

"Located in the mountains of North Carolina, Asheville Youth Mission gives young people an opportunity to explore the hidden needs and struggles of those who are living on the margins within and around a beautiful tourist town. Groups will work with a variety of agencies working with those who are homeless, in poverty, or food insecure, both in urban and rural settings."

This trip is open to all current 9th-12th graders

Cost is $420 and includes travel, lodging, meals, and all activities

High School SNL Update

We all love SNL, but it's time to make a little bit of a change! Beginning next Sunday, high schoolers will begin meeting separately from the middle schoolers. We are creating a high school space in the old 7th grade area, that will be just for our 9th-12th graders. This will allow for more intentional time with just high schoolers and an opportunity for different programming from the middle schoolers.

I am so excited about this change and I hope it will draw more of our high schoolers to church on Sunday nights. If you have any questions or suggestions, please reach out!
