Effective immediately, AHFA/ ServiSolutions is rescinding the requirement, referenced in our 12/11/24 Lender Notice, that cancellation notice language must be included on all HOI policies/ dec pages/ binders. 

The condition will be removed from any closed loan packages that are currently pended for this information.
