Dash for Diabetes 5K

Ravenswood, WV
Starts at 9:00AM

The 5th Annual Dash for Diabetes 5k Run/Walk put on by Coplin Health Systems Diabetes Initiative follows the 3.1 miles route along the Ohio River in Ravenswood, West Virginia.

Again this year, Coplin will be teaming up with Ravenswood Recreation Youth Program to spread awareness for the nationwide epidemic of diabetes. Unbeknownst to most, one of the best ways to prevent diabetes is through exercise!
HospiceCare 10K
June 12
Lewisburg, WV
Starts at 9:00AM

The race will start and finish at The Greenbrier County Courthouse in downtown Lewisburg. Participants will turn-around at the water station at the 3.1-mile marker and return to the Courthouse. Walkers are welcome.

There will be Covid-19 protocols in place for this event. We ask all participants to read and follow the protocols so that we can have a safe and successful event.

Registration will close on June 7, 2021 at midnight.
Old Glory Trail Race

You have the option to run a Half Marathon, 10K, or 5K 0 with both open and competitive divisions!

June 19 we will kick things off at 8am sharp with our Half marathon competitive heat.

Bluegrass State Challenge

Run the entire border of Kentucky (1334.65 Miles) throughout the year of 2021! Earn swag and stay motivated!

All participants will receive the following for completing the challenge:

WVStrong Summer Running and Walking Challenge
June 1 - Sept 9

We have made these challenges so that anyone can complete them. The challenge starts June 1 and ends September 9. 

Route #1 - 222 Miles which will be 2.22 Miles/Day

Route #2 - 435 Miles which will be 4.35 Miles/Day

All registered participants will earn a commemorative light-weight shirt hoodie. Those that complete the challenge will earn an awesome challenge medal(s)!
