Strengthen Your Club with C.A.R.E.
Recruiting members gets them through the front door. The C.A.R.E. (Celebrate. Address. Recognize. Excel.) program helps make sure they don't quietly leave through the back door.
This week, we're highlighting two upcoming training sessions that will help your club check in with members, celebrate successes, identify opportunities for improvement, and strengthen member engagement before small concerns become member loss.
C.A.R.E. Training
Tuesday, August 11, 7-8 p.m. CDT
C.A.R.E. (Celebrate, Address, Recognize, Excel.) is Optimist International's annual club check-in program, giving members a structured, anonymous way to share what's working and what needs attention. During this training, you'll learn how to organize a successful C.A.R.E. program from start to finish, including selecting a facilitator and leading each part of the agenda, year in review, opportunities for improvement, appreciation and cake!

C.A.R.E. Facilitator Training
Tuesday, August 25, 7-8 p.m. CDT
The C.A.R.E. facilitator training prepares Optimist members to guide clubs through meaningful conversations, collect and organize feedback, and communicate results in ways that celebrate successes, address challenges, and inspire growth. You'll leave with the confidence and resources needed to serve as an effective facilitator.
