Upcoming Cleanup Work Along Riggs Road🚧

🌿 Heads-Up, Neighbors! A Little Spruce-Up is Coming to Riggs Road! 🚜🌞

We would like to inform you that the Town of Gilbert will soon begin cleanup work in the channel along Riggs Road, directly in front of the community. This work is expected to take place in the coming weeks and will be completed at no cost to the community. 🙌

This project is part of ongoing coordination between your management team and the Town to address maintenance needs along the community frontage. 🤝

🔹 Phase One:

This cleanup effort represents the first phase of a larger Capital Improvement Project planned to begin in 2026. While this initial phase focuses solely on debris removal and general cleanup, it is an important first step toward future enhancements to the area. ✨

🚧 What to Expect:

• Temporary lane closures 🚗

• Equipment and personnel in the area 👷‍♀️

• Increased activity near the community entrance 🏡

We kindly ask all residents to plan ahead and extend extra patience as this important work is completed. 💛

We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding! 🙏

In-Office Assessment Payment Deadline

📅 Payment Reminder – Avoid Late Fees!

Just a friendly reminder that assessments are due on the 1st of each month.

While there is a lenient grace period, please keep processing time in mind to avoid any late fees. Especially if you're making your payment later in the month at the Community Center.

If you plan to pay your assessment in person at the community center office, please ensure it’s received by 12:00 PM on the last Friday of the month. This helps guarantee your payment is posted on time.

🔔 Payments received after 12:00 PM on that Friday may not be posted until the next business day. If that day falls after the 1st of the month, a late fee may apply.

Thank you for your attention and for helping us keep accounts current!

🌳 Preparing Your Yard for Monsoon Season

Stay Safe & Storm-Ready with These Simple Tips! ⛈️💨

As monsoon season rolls in, it’s time to give our yards a little TLC — not just for curb appeal, but for safety too! 💚 Strong winds and heavy rains can quickly turn a beautiful tree into a not-so-lovely hazard.

We are here to help you stay one step ahead with a few easy tips to keep your home (and our community!) protected. 🏡🌧️

👀 1. Inspect Your Trees Now

Take a quick stroll through your yard and check for signs of tree trouble:

  • 🍂 Dead or hanging limbs
  • 🌳 Cracks in the trunk or big branches
  • 🍄 Mushrooms or hollow spots (signs of decay)
  • 🌪️ Trees leaning more than usual

✂️ 2. Prune Safely & Strategically

Smart pruning = stronger trees during storms!

  • Trim weak, dead, or damaged branches
  • Thin out dense canopies so wind can pass through
  • Never “top” a tree — it causes more harm than good!

🌱 3. Support Your Little Trees

Have any young or freshly planted trees? Make sure they are:

  • ✅ Staked properly (not too tight!)
  • 💧 Safe from soggy soil
  • 🌼 Not overcrowded by plants or grass

🧹 4. Tidy Around Your Trees

Wind loves loose stuff! 🌬️ Secure or store away:

  • Garden tools
  • Furniture
  • Yard toys
  • Loose branches

A tidy yard = a safer yard! 🧼💪

📍 5. See Something? Say Something!

If you spot an unstable tree in a common area, let the HOA know ASAP!

We’ll have our landscaping team take a look. 🌳🛠️

🤝 Let’s Work Together!

A little care now can prevent:

  • ❌ Blocked roads
  • ❌ Roof damage
  • ❌ Insurance claims
  • ❌ Safety hazards

Tree damage is one of the top causes of property claims during monsoon season — but the good news is, most of it is preventable! 🌈✨

Let’s work together to keep Adora Trails safe, beautiful, and storm-ready! 💙🏡🌦️
