Vicar Aaron's Message
Don’t put a “?” where God put a “.”. … !!! Holy punctuation! This week’s bumper sticker isn’t just about grammar: it’s about faith; it’s about questioning God; it’s about confusion & doubt. Unfortunately, this bumper sticker often carries the weight of judgement – “you are unfaithful if you question God.” But wait! Can’t we honor #questions directed @ God? Does God honor #questions? Indeed, is God the very *answer* to these questions? Can Vicar use ~every~ punctuation mark in this message? Questions like these will be explored this week. :)
God of wonder, can we ask You something? How wonderful is Your creation, and how thankful are we for Your eternal presence? O Lord, You know. Help us feel Your blessed assurance, especially in seasons of doubt. Amen.
