Wellness Fest Recap

Our first Rooted & Rising Wellness Festival brought mujeres together for a morning of mindfulness, movement, leadership y comunidad.

From guided meditation and mat Pilates to an inspiring plática and our Mujeres Mercadito, the morning was a reminder that investing in ourselves matters just as much as investing in our careers and communities.

A huge gracias to everyone who joined us, our incredible vendors, instructors Giselle y Azucena, our volunteers, and partners Orange County Water District, 4AM Skin, and Taste Salud for helping us pour a little extra into our attendees.
