Step Up Rate Changes
The following interest rate change is effective for Step Up loans reserved on or after July 20, 2021:

  • FHA to 3.000% from 3.125%
  • Conv. <80 AMI to 3.125% from 3.250%
  • Conv. >80 AMI to 3.500% from 3.625%
